The Utah Blaze played seven seasons across two AFL eras — 2006 to 2008 in AFL II, then 2010 to 2013 in the revival. The Blaze played at the home of the NBA's Utah Jazz and gave Salt Lake City its first arena football franchise.
The Blaze were one of the most-attended teams in arena football during their peak years, regularly filling the arena with strong Mountain West crowds. The franchise folded after 2013 as the AFL's revival continued to consolidate.
