Return policy details

Standard 30-day policy

Items are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if they are new with tags, unworn, and free of damage, stains, or odors.

Final sale items

Custom jerseys with a name and/or number, items marked CLEARANCE, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom jerseys

  • With a name and/or number: final sale.
  • Ordered blank (no name or number): exchangeable for another size or for store credit.
  • Changes can only be made within 48 hours of purchase. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If a jersey arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll remake it at no charge or process a full refund.

Mini helmets

Mini helmets are fulfilled by 417 Helmets and follow their policy: 14-day window, customer pays return shipping, 20% restocking fee, and custom helmets are final sale. To start a mini helmet return, email info@royalretros.com.

How returns are processed

If Onward returns coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We'll send a label and instructions once your return is accepted. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email info@royalretros.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll work toward a fair solution — typically a replacement or full refund.
