Though originally slated to play in Toronto as one of the 12 charter franchises of the World Hockey Association (WHA), the Toros first hit the ice in 1972 as the Ottawa Nationals.  Unfavorable terms in a proposed lease for Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto forced the team to set up shop in Ottawa. A box office flop in there, the team wound up in Toronto for the playoffs. Dubbed the Ontario Nationals for those games, the team was sold to John Bassett Jr. over that summer and renamed the Toronto Toros before the start of the WHA's second season. At first they played in Varsity Arena, before moving to Maple Leaf Gardens in 1974. An oppressive lease eventually caused the team to relocate to Alabama where they were renamed the Birmingham Bulls in remaining faithful to alliteration.

Shipping

Shipping Timeframe:

Custom jerseys are made when ordered and may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks. Please refer to the estimated shipping times shown in the Decoration Type screen as you move through the customization options.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited Shipping will not speed up production time. It only affects the method we use to ship your order once completed. Please contact us if you need your jersey by a certain date.

Changes/ Cancellations/ Returns

Changes and Cancellations:

Please review all order details closely. We cannot make any changes to an order 48 hours after purchase.

Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns/Exchanges:

All custom jersey sales are final.

If a jersey arrives damaged or with errors, we will remake it at no charge or a process a full refund.
