The London Monarchs were the crown jewel of the World League of American Football (WLAF). One of the league's original franchises in 1991, the Monarchs won the very first World Bowl, defeating the Barcelona Dragons 21–0 in front of 61,000 fans at Wembley Stadium. They were the league's most visible team — playing in the world's most famous stadium, in one of the world's great sports cities — and consistently drew crowds that rivaled anything in the league. The Monarchs returned when the WLAF restarted in 1995 and played through 1997, then briefly rebranded as the England Monarchs for one final season in 1998 before the franchise folded. First World Bowl champions. Wembley regulars. The original face of the league.

417 Helmets' policy summary:
- 14-day window from date of purchase
- A return authorization is required before shipping anything back
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- 20% restocking fee on returns
- Custom orders custom helmets, decals, stripes, and player numbers are final sale
- Exchanges are only between non-custom mini helmets (different team allowed; different style shell or mask is not)
