                  Las Vegas Posse Mini Helmet

                  Team: Las Vegas Posse
                  Years Active: 1994
Home: Sam Boyd Silver Bowl — Las Vegas, NV

The Las Vegas Posse played a single 1994 season of Canadian football at Sam Boyd Silver Bowl, giving Las Vegas its first pro football franchise of the modern era — just ahead of that year's AFL Sting and the XFL, UFL, and NFL football to follow. Coached by Ron Meyer and led by rookie quarterback Anthony Calvillo, who went on to a Hall of Fame career in Canadian football, the Posse finished 5–13.

Weak attendance and the league's unusual U.S.-division structure doomed the franchise after one season; aborted plans to relocate the team to Jackson, Mississippi (with musician Jimmy Buffett as a prospective buyer), Milwaukee, and Miami all fell through before the league's U.S. experiment ended altogether.

This product is a historical, vintage-inspired representation of a defunct team. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any active team, league, or organization. Any team names, logos, or imagery are used for historical and artistic purposes only.
