The Minnesota Blue Ox were members of Roller Hockey International (RHI) in 1995. They replaced the Minnesota Arctic Blast, who folded after one season. Unfortunately, the Blue Ox met the same fate. In 1999, the Blue Ox returned for the league's ill-fated 1999 season.
