The Seattle Ironmen played eight seasons in the Pacific Coast Hockey League (PCHL) from 1944 to 1952, anchoring Seattle's post-war professional hockey identity at the Seattle Civic Ice Arena. The Ironmen were one of the longest-running PCHL franchises and helped establish the city as a stable Pacific Northwest hockey market in the era between the original Seattle Metropolitans (PCHA, 1915–1924) and the modern Seattle Totems (WHL, 1958–1974).

The Ironmen built solid crowds across their eight-season run and produced rosters of post-war veterans that competed throughout the PCHL's existence. When the PCHL was reorganized into the Western Hockey League (WHL) in 1952, the Ironmen franchise transitioned briefly before being absorbed into Seattle's evolving minor-pro hockey landscape — eventually feeding into the Seattle Bombers, Americans, and ultimately the championship-era Seattle Totems.

  • Type the number and/or name you'd like on the jersey in the customization fields. You can leave the name field blank if you only want a number.
  • To order a fully blank jersey, check the "Leave blank" box. Blank jerseys still require full production time — we don't keep them in stock.

Once your order is placed:

  • Changes can only be made within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the order has entered production and we can't modify it.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Construction options

Many jerseys offer choices like application method (replica/printed vs sewn tackle twill), sleeve length, or add-on patches. The available options appear on the customization screen as you go through it.

Custom measurements

We can produce jerseys in custom measurements including women's and youth sizes. We can also modify other details on the jerseys shown on the site. For these requests, email custom@royalretros.com before ordering.

Blank-jersey exchanges

Custom jerseys ordered blank (no name or number) can be exchanged for another size or for store credit. Custom jerseys with a name or number printed/sewn are final sale.

Shipping

Production timeframe

Custom jerseys are made-to-order and ship in 3-7 weeks depending on construction style. The exact lead time for the style you choose is shown on the Decoration Type screen during customization.

Expedited shipping

Choosing an expedited shipping method does not speed up production, it only affects how we ship the order once it's been made. If you need your jersey by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Domestic rates

Standard shipping starts at $5.99. Free Economy shipping on US orders $125+. International shipping available to most countries.

  • Custom jerseys ordered blank (no name or number) can be exchanged for another size or for store credit.
  • If a jersey arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll remake it at no charge or issue a full refund. email info@royalretros.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
