The Omaha Nighthawks played 3 seasons in the UFL from 2010-2012. Despite a number of future and former NFL players on the roster, the team struggled on the field and never had a winning record. Fan support was strong however and the Nighthawks had the first sellout in league history. In 2012 the league folded midway through the season and the Nighthawks never played another game.

417 Helmets' policy summary:
- 14-day window from date of purchase
- A return authorization is required before shipping anything back
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- 20% restocking fee on returns
- Custom orders custom helmets, decals, stripes, and player numbers are final sale
- Exchanges are only between non-custom mini helmets (different team allowed; different style shell or mask is not)
