The San Diego Barracudas played two seasons in Roller Hockey International (RHI) from 1995 to 1996, playing at the San Diego Sports Arena. The Barracudas joined the broader San Diego hockey lineage that earlier included the WHA Mariners and WHL Gulls. The franchise folded after the 1996 season.
