The Salt Lake Stallions played the abbreviated 2019 season in the AAF at Rice-Eccles Stadium on the campus of the University of Utah. The Stallions were one of eight founding franchises in Charlie Ebersol's spring-football league and gave Salt Lake City its first pro football team since the WLAF and XFL ventures of earlier decades.
Head coach Dennis Erickson led the Stallions, with Josh Woodrum and Matt Linehan rotating at quarterback. Salt Lake finished 3–5 across the eight weeks of play before the AAF suspended operations in April 2019.
