Team: San Francisco Shamrocks
Years Active: 1944–1950 (PCHL)
Home: Winterland Ballroom — San Francisco, CA

The Shamrocks were one of the Bay Area's earliest professional hockey clubs, playing in the Pacific Coast Hockey League in the years after World War II. Home games were played at the Winterland Ballroom — a venue later famous as a rock concert hall — where the club built a green-and-white, Irish-themed identity decades before San Francisco's modern hockey ventures.

The Shamrocks competed across several PCHL seasons in the late 1940s with rosters of postwar veterans before the franchise folded, closing one of the earliest professional hockey chapters in the city's history.
