The San Antonio Wings played the abbreviated 1975 season of the World Football League at Alamo Stadium, relocated from the 1974 Florida Blazers. The Wings gave San Antonio its first pro football franchise and drew strong crowds in their lone year, including a 30,000-fan turnout for an early-season home game.

San Antonio had compiled a 7–4 record and were among the league's more competitive teams when the WFL suspended operations in October 1975. The city wouldn't see major professional football again until the AAF's Commanders arrived in 2019.
