This page features the Colonels' 1975 blue and white jerseys from their ABA championship season. The Kentucky Colonels played all nine seasons of the ABA from 1967 to 1976 at Freedom Hall in Louisville, capturing the 1975 ABA championship by defeating the Indiana Pacers 4–1 in the Finals.
Coached by Hall of Famer Hubie Brown during the championship years, the Colonels' roster was anchored by Dan Issel, 7-foot-2 center Artis Gilmore, and longtime point guard Louie Dampier. Despite consistent winning, the Colonels were not invited to merge into the senior league after 1976 and folded.
