Team: Montreal Voyageurs
Years Active: 1969–1971
Home: Montreal Forum — Montreal, QC

The Montreal Voyageurs' roots trace back to the Omaha Knights, who relocated to Texas in 1965 as the Houston Apollos before shifting north to Montreal for the 1969–70 season and joining one of professional hockey's top developmental leagues, playing out of the Montreal Forum.

In their debut campaign, the Voyageurs finished first overall in the regular season, becoming just the second Canada-based club in the league. Over two seasons the team compiled a record of 70-46-28 across 144 games.

Some games were shifted to Halifax during the 1970–71 season, and the move became permanent for 1971–72, when the franchise took on a new identity as the Nova Scotia Voyageurs.
