This is the only jersey officially licensed by the WHA Hall of Fame. 

The Houston Aeros were established in 1972 as the Dayton Aeros, one of the 12 original members of the World Hockey Association (WHA). However, the city didn’t have a suitable arena so the team was quickly moved to Houston, where they became one of the league’s most successful teams, on the ice and at the ticket window. 

In their second season, former Detroit hockey great Gordie Howe came out of retirement and joined the Aeors to play alongside his sons Mark and Marty. Despite their popularity and consistently high level of play, the Aeros were not seriously considered as part of the proposed merger with the established league, and the team disbanded before the WHA’s final campaign. Besides the Howes, Rich Preston, and Morris Lukowich also played for the Aeros.

In 1994, the International Hockey League (IHL) granted Houston an expansion franchise that was named the Houston Aeros. After the collapse of the IHL in 2001, they, along with a few other clubs, joined the American League. In 2013, they moved to Iowa and became the Iowa Wild.

Check the LEAVE BLANK box and jersey will not have any name or number. This still requires production time we as do not keep blank jerseys in stock.

Customization :

Some jerseys have options for different application methods, sleeve lengths or add-ons including patches.

Further Customization :

Custom measurements are available by request including women's and youth sizes.

Shipping

Shipping Timeframe:

Custom jerseys are made when ordered and may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks. Please refer to the estimated shipping times shown in the Decoration Type screen as you move through the customization options.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited Shipping will not speed up production time. It only affects the method we use to ship your order once completed. Please contact us if you need your jersey by a certain date.

Changes/ Cancellations/ Returns

Changes and Cancellations:

Please review all order details closely. We cannot make any changes to an order 48 hours after purchase.

Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns/Exchanges:

All custom jersey sales are final.

If a jersey arrives damaged or with errors, we will remake it at no charge or a process a full refund.
