                  Team: Baltimore Bombers
Years Active: Never played (proposed for the 1995 NFL expansion class)
Home: Memorial Stadium (proposed) — Baltimore, MD

The Baltimore Bombers were one of five finalists in the NFL's early-1990s expansion process, alongside Carolina, Jacksonville, Memphis, and St. Louis, bidding to bring the league back to Baltimore after the Colts left for Indianapolis in 1984. The ownership group, led by Malcolm Glazer, planned to play at a renovated Memorial Stadium.

The NFL awarded its two 1995 expansion franchises to Carolina and Jacksonville, and the Bombers never took the field. Baltimore's NFL drought ended in 1996 when the Cleveland Browns relocated to the city and became the Ravens.
