The Amsterdam Admirals played all thirteen seasons of the relaunched WLAF / NFL Europe from 1995 to 2007 at the Amsterdam ArenA, making them one of only three franchises to participate in every NFL Europe season. The Admirals captured World Bowl XIII in 2005, defeating the Berlin Thunder 27–21 in Düsseldorf.
Amsterdam was one of the league's most consistent franchises and remained competitive through the final NFL Europa season. The Admirals were dissolved along with every other NFL Europa team when the league shut down after the 2007 season, ending the longest unbroken franchise run in the European era.
