Team: Minnesota Blue Ox
Years Active: 1994 (RHI, single season)
Home: Target Center — Minneapolis, MN

The Minnesota Blue Ox played a single 1994 Roller Hockey International season at the Target Center, giving the Twin Cities a roller hockey identity in the season after the North Stars left for Dallas. The team's Paul Bunyan–inspired theme, drawing on Minnesota folklore, was one of the more memorable marketing efforts in 1994 RHI. The Blue Ox folded after the season and was succeeded by the Minnesota Arctic Blast.

Vintage-inspired reproduction — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any team, league, or organization. Used for historical and artistic purposes only.
