The Ohio Glory, based in Columbus, joined the World League of American Football (WLAF) when a previous team the, Raleigh-Durham Skyhawks, folded after going 0-10 the previous season. Coached by hall of famer Larry Little, the Glory featured a completely different roster. The new roster didn't help, however, as the team went 1-9. The league restructured in 1995 following a two-year hiatus, with none of the North American teams returning.
