The Rough Riders were one of the oldest and longest existing professional football teams in North American history. Founded in 1876 at the infancy of the sport, the club dominated several eras of Canadian Football, notably the 1920s, 60s, and 70s. The team even held an exhibition games against the NFL's New York Giants in 1950 and 1951 After some tough years in the 1980's and 1990's team finally folded after 120 years with a total of 24 hall of fame players.
