After starting off as the Los Angeles Sharks in 1972, a charter member of the World Hockey Association (WHA), the newly named Michigan Stags hoped to compete for fans with the long struggling Red Wings in the fall of 1974. The Stags unfortunately ended up being much worse. Despite signing former Red Wing Johnny Wilson as coach, and boasting the likes of Marc Tardif, Gary Veneruzzo, Gerry Desjardins, and Ed Johnstone, few knew they existed due largely to only having one game shown on local TV. Ownership moved the team to Maryland to become the Baltimore Blades midway through the season for a fresh start. With the new Capitals in nearby Washington, D.C., however, ownership decided to discontinue the Blades after the season

Custom measurements are available by request including women's and youth sizes.

Changes/ Cancellations

Please review all order details closely. We cannot make any changes to an order 48 hours after purchase.

Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once the order status has changed to COMPLETED the order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Expedited Shipping will not speed up production time. Please contact us if you need your jersey by a certain date.

Returns/Exchanges:

All custom jersey sales are final.

If a jersey arrives damaged or with errors, we will remake it at no charge or a process a full refund.
